Success with Photo Uploading/Downloading
Picasalino is the key. A free iPhone App. Image should be nearby. View with red/cyan glasses.

Embed Image from Picasa
I used the "embed image" info from Picasa. This seems to work pretty well.

Via Picasalino (II)
Well, there was a link from the Title, but no picture. Let's try it another way.
Via Picasalino
The goal is to get an image from the iPhone directly to the Blog. This doesn't do it (since I'm on the laptop now) but could be a basis. The link is to a folder in Picasa uploaded by the iPhone app called Picasalino.

Posting Photos
I am looking for a good way to post photos. Picasalino is an excellent app that will post photos to a Picasa site called "Working." But here I'm going to try to attach a photo from the iPhone hard drive. Is was successful. But this required a laptop. The question is whether I can go directly. The iPhone app is pretty buggy, according to the reviews, but it might work. The Mail-to-Blogger seems a bit hard to configure.
The image to the right is a view from a high point in the Puddingstone ride.
First Thoughts
We are headed towards a March 29th departure. In the time before then, I'm reviewing the practical internet elements to support the CLS 362 and CLS 482 classes. Tops on the list: geocaching.com, Google Earth 5, Picasa, Google talk, Blogger.
